Our strategy is to prioritize and move one step at a time to incorporate the abovementioned aspects of financial and computer theory. We've built a system starting from the bottom up by first focusing on data acquisition and data storage, then focusing on individual stock selection criteria, benchmarking, and now we are working to reduce risk and volatility.
With hardware getting cheaper and more powerful a lot can be accomplished
with PCs, open source software, and custom developed systems. Our systems are
currently developed using platform independent programming languages (PERL,
JAVA, PHP) and open source tools such as Linux, Apache and MySQL.

concepts that can be applied to our area of focus. We are mindful of
the fact that the processes, systems and methodologies developed by
